All Polyflor products are tested in accordance with the claims made within our trade literature. The quality systems which control the design, manufacture and supply of all Polyflor products are accredited to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems and BES 6001 (Responsible Sourcing of Construction Products).

Polyflor are confident that their high-quality products will provide many years of valuable service. Polyflor NZ Ltd guarantees that each product covered by this guarantee as specified overleaf will be free from any manufacturing defects during this period provided they have been installed to NZ/AS1884:2013 Resilient Sheet and Tile Installation Practices in conjunction with Floor NZ Resilient Floorcoverings Best Practice Guidelines and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. All reasonable precautions must have been taken to eliminate the presence of dirt and debris through appropriate barrier systems.

This warranty only applies in the event of visible wearing out of the decorative pattern on the product surface provided the product has been subjected to normal use in the recommended environment.

Polyflor NZ also warrants that the published slip resistance of the Polyflor Polysafe ranges will not change throughout the warranty period when maintained as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Prior to commencing any replacement work, Polyflor or their agent reserves the right to visit the installation to investigate the cause of the problem. If Polyflor agree that the product is at fault, they will arrange with the purchaser the remedial course of action, who will then carry out the necessary work. The replacement will cover the immediate affected area and the adjacent area up to the nearest practical or natural break i.e. doorway or change of use area. This Polyflor warranty expressly excludes any liability for consequential losses or damages as a result of replacement.

In providing this guarantee at no extra cost to the purchaser, Polyflor reserve the right to offer an alternative colour or equal product should a direct replacement no longer be available. This guarantee does not cover defects arising from external factors which include, but is not limited to, excessive moisture, fading from direct sunlight and UV sources, scratching, chemical reaction, corrosion, extremes in temperature, abuse and abnormal usage above which the product is specified. Proof of purchase will be required for any claim.

If you do experience a problem with your Polyflor product that you believe is covered by the Polyflor Wear Warranty, please do the following: Under normal circumstances refer in the first instance to the retailer from whom you purchased it.The retailer will in turn pass on this claim on your behalf to Polyflor New Zealand.
