Description
Cement bonded, acrylic polymer enhanced, fast drying, self curing, self-leveling compound for leveling subfloors up to 20 mm / 1/32“ – 3/4 layer thickness in one pour. Servoplan Ki 1 is suitable as a subfloor for installation of: ceramic, natural stone, textile, resilient and parquet/hardwood floor coverings. For dry interior areas as well as for moisture class A0 (German) combined with a bonded waterproofing membrane Servoflex DMS 1K SuperTec Plus. Servoplan Ki 1 can be used in the living areas as directly usable floor.
To increase the tensile and flexural strength add Kiesel reinforcing fibers.

* At 68°F (+20°C) and 65% relative humidity. Higher temperatures and low humidity decrease, lower temperatures and high humidity increase this value respectively.
- Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be tested and prepared according to VOB Part C, DIN 18 352, DIN 18 356, DIN 18 365. Prepare substrate according additional guidelines located in TTMAC and TCNA manuals. Depending on the type of substrate and the subsequent use, prime with Okatmos® UG 30, Okatmos® DSG, or Okapox GF. On calcium sulphate based screeds exceeding 10 mm use Okapox GF primer.
In case of extremely different and highly absorbent substrates, we recommend priming in an increased amount or contact Kiesel technical department for additional solutions.
- Processing
Mix Servoplan Ki 1 with clean, cool water using an electric mixer at a max of 600 RPM until free of clumps. After approx. 5 minutes slake time, remix again. Then, pour and immediately apply the compound with a smoothing trowel or rake and leave to level.
For layer thickness over 10 mm/ 3/8”, Servoplan Ki 1 can be stretched with silica sand (0.6 - 1.2 mm grain size). Re-leveling may be done if necessary, wet-on-wet according to accessibility, otherwise prime again (wait minimum 12 hours) with Okatmos® UG 30 or Okatmos® DSG. During drying avoid direct sunlight and drafts. If reinforcing fibers are required, add one bag of reinforcement fibers to the previously mixed self leveling compound and mix until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Let it slake and remix it again pouring self-leveling compound immediately and spreading it with a flat trowel.
