Servoplan Ki 300
Product Description
Very fast drying and ready to use, cementitious, acrylic polymer-modified, very low emission filler and repair compound for leveling stair treads, landings, holes and unevenness in substrates as well as for filling and finishing and producing slopes in any application thickness.
Servoplan Ki 300 is suitable on cement screeds, calcium sulfate screeds, concrete, old substrates, particleboard OSB/2 and OSB/4 boards, ceramic/natural stone and terrazzo coverings and precast screeds.
For interior use only and not for use as a wearing surface.
Servoplan Ki 300 can be used in combination with Okamul RSG Plus as a moisture barrier on cementitious substrates such as cement screeds or concrete to stop excessive moisture with resilient/textile floor coverings and hardwood (for further information see Okamul RSG Plus technical data sheet).
Servoplan Ki 300 does not replace waterproofing for structural components.

- Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be ready for covering, clean and structurally sound.
Depending on the type of substrate and subsequent use, prime with Okatmos® UG 30, Okatmos® DSG, or Okapox GF to ensure system compliance.
- Processing
Mix Servoplan Ki 300 with clean and cool water until free of lumps at max. 600 rpm’s. Only mix as much compound as can be processed within approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Mixing the repair/patching compound again within the processing time can extend the processing time even further. After approx. 20 - 30 minutes, finishing work, smoothing and edge cutting can be carried out.
